Erotic Movement, Emotional Expression, Intention, & an Alternative Approach to Authentic Experience

What does it mean to experience ourselves as art and ritual? It is creating a piece of yourself and letting others witness. To come from a place of power and preparedness and intention, and to experience Flow. It is an alternative way to approach expression, from a place of great emotional Authenticity and Vulnerability. We will be exploring a practice accepting & Integrating all the shades of our glorious selves into our lives and art.

This is not a 'love and light' class. We are equally interested in loving our shadows, and will be exploring a full range of emotional expression.
Exploring our shadow archetypes together will entail rage and sorrow alongside joy, and more.

​ This workshop is meant for a small, dedicated & engaged cohort - a 'coven class'. I will be taking a maximum of 6 students per series. It includes over 8 hours of live lectures, as well as recordings, music playlists, 16 hours worth of movement sessions, a dedicated Discord, and further exercises. Yes, this IS also a movement class! (And no books to buy, I promise!)

Because of the nature of this workshop, individual class drop-ins will not be allowed. 

After the conclusion of the workshop series, alumni will be welcome at an ongoing monthly Ecstatic Movement Night 'Open Swim' for those who wish to continue with the work - This will be a drop-in class.


*Current class price is $350 in advance, or $55/monthly session. I am willing to talk about flexible payment options; This is something I feel that, as I was taught, should be as accessible as possible to whoever desires it.
