Erotic Movement, Emotional Expression, Intention, & an Alternative Approach to Authentic Performance
SEA at a glance
Do you miss time with other femmes?
Are you looking for a way to get back into your body?
Are you rediscovering what lights you up, and looking for a community third space with similar goals?
This is all about the big femme sexy movement feels, and we always leave class with a full cup. It is called SEA – Somatic Erotic Archetypes – and is grounded in intentional emotional movement.
Feeling sexy, grounded, & empowered in movement
What does it look like when we can welcome all the parts of ourselves? What does it mean to experience our movement as ritual? It is creating a piece of yourself and letting others witness. To come from a place of power and preparedness and intention, and to experience Flow.
This is an alternative way to approach expression, from a place of great emotional Authenticity and Vulnerability. We will be exploring a practice accepting & Integrating all the shades* of our glorious selves into our art, and our lives.1
SEA is a workshop series I have developed that utilizes principles of somatic work, parts work, archetype work, divine feminine reclamation, and ecstatic movement, alongside my MFT and art therapy training – not to mention my over 15 years in burlesque!
a note that a note that this is not a ‘love and light’ class. We are equally interested in loving our shadows, and will be exploring a full range of emotional expression. Yep, that means rage and sadness alongside desire and joy ↩︎

Student Testimonials
Working with SEA helped Mae’s life as well as her art – but don’t just take her word for it!
“I loved that it incorporated dance led by your organic emotions in real time… it freeing you of your inner mental/emotional chaos. Getting my archetypes organized was one of the most helpful accomplishments I’ve done for myself in I think my entire life. So I guess to put it simply, I came for the dance, I left transformed. And I’m so so thankful for this ever evolving experience.”
Rachael J.
Cohort 3
“SEA has been a tool for personal enlightenment- I use the things I’ve learned from these classes on a day to day basis. It’s helped me learn how to be in my body when I’m experiencing overwhelming emotions and it gave me a language to externalize my internal world.”
Audra B.
Cohort 1
“SEA has been an amazing tool that has helped me better know myself, helped me stay in my body and feel safe when I used to have panic attacks. And it’s helped me be open to all of my own feelings and experience the wholeness of who I am.”
